More and more people are into sustainable shopping, slow and conscious fashion – and it doesn’t have to stop there! To be honest, I do not count myself among the trailblazers in this field, not at all. You will still find a lot of IKEA and Home24 stuff in my flat, amongst a few selected vintage and second hand furniture items. And even though we moved in here almost a year ago, decoration is still very sparse in our home. Don’t get me wrong, I L O V E home decor, but I just don’t know how to do it. I wouldn’t make a great interior designer at all.

Anyway – to bring a little more sustainability and fairness (oh, pre-Christmas thoughts!) into our homes and the world, I have prepared a small fair gift guide for you. Discover my favourite wintery decorations and everything you need for a cosy day in. From the minimalist teacup to the no-animal-tesing candle, the geo vase and the cosy lamp. Plus, I am particularly into minimal and monochrome Christmas tree decorations this year!

And by the way: I have no idea when or how I turned into this boring person having stuff like that expensive set of cooking pots (thanks, dad!) or premium knives on their Christmas wish list. Are you the same? Or do you have more exciting and unexpected things on your wish list?
