As regular readers you lovelies might know about my love for Peter Pilotto – not only because I have a soft spot for Austrian born designers in my heart anyway, but also because of their breathtaking prints – so I guess it’s easy for you to imagine my excitement when their Target collab was announced last year!

There’s been a lot of talk about the miserable quality of past Target designer collaborations, so I’m still not sure if I should really go for it, but with prices for dresses starting at $34.99, maybe I will have to take the risk.
At this day, it’s only nine sleeps until the collection will be available at Target – US only, urgh – but NET-A-PORTER is also going to carry a selection of the clothes, so I will definitely check that out. And if the rumours are right and the fabric really is that horrible, there’s always eBay ;)

My favourite pieces from the collection are shown here – I love the monochrome prints paired with icy blue florals, but my heart really beats for the black and white stripes with flashy yellow mixed in, especially with spring approaching (hope dies last, you know).
I could see myself wearing that shift dress below all summer, to be honest, so I guess in the end there will no way around buying this one at least.

Are you going for a piece of the collection? Or are you generally staying out of collabs like these? Let’s discuss in the comment section below! ♥
