By the time we get to Milan during fashion month, I can sometimes get a bit overwhelmed by the mass of information and newness I have seen over the preceding weeks (that is what I love so much about fashion weeks: seeing the new fashion for the first time, something that’s all too often forgotten when all we seem to focus on is who went where and who wore what), but interesting and unique collections always manage to catch my attention. This time I was impressed with the bright colours and bold prints at MSGM, but I also totally fell for Fausto Puglisi’s colour-infused monochrome theme. Of course classic Dolce & Gabbana and Jil Sander instantly clicked with me too – they almost never fail to leave an impression on me – and the fabulous Bottega Veneta collection would have deserved its own post!
